  • Not at all. Once you schedule a meeting, VCS will send the participant a meeting invite which contains the link to access your online virtual closing . They will also be provided with a username and password they can use to log into to access your online virtual closing.

  • There are multiple ways to sign documents. From a  tablet, you will be using your touch screen. From a desktop computer or laptop, you can either use your touch pad or mouse to sign documents. Clients can even use their pre-saved digital signature.

  • Yes. The host can simply pass control to the participant needing to sign the document then take control back by clicking “Take control” to be able to pass it again to another participant. Note each user must click on complete before control is taken back for the signature is to be recorded in the document.

  • There are two ways a participant can upload documents into a virtual closing room

    1. Host is present in the meeting:
      1. As the host of the meeting, you first must pass the control of the room by clicking “Give control”
      2. Once they have control, they just click the “Upload” button.
      3. They have an option of uploading from their local storage by clicking “My Files” or from their Dropbox account by clicking “Dropbox”.
      4. Once the PDF has been selected click “upload”
    1. Host is not present in the meeting
      1. If a participant is present in an online virtual closing meeting without the host the participant has default rights to upload documents
      2. Just click the “Upload” button.
      3. They have an option of uploading from their local storage by clicking “My Files” or from their Dropbox account by clicking “Dropbox”.

    Once the PDF has been selected click “upload”

  • At the moment, only PDF documents can be uploaded to the “To Sign” folder, in addition PDF document images can be uploaded into the “Read only” folder. The following image files formats are supports (.JPG and .PNG).

  • To run Virtual Closing Solutions, you will need:

    1. An ADSL, VDSL, fibre optic, 3G or 4G connection.
    2. A connection that supports at least 1.0 Mbps download and upload speed.

    1. A connection of suitable quality. A poor-quality connection may cause issues with video or audio, and may prevent the display of documents. This may be caused by wireless interference, high network traffic, or an issue with your internet service provider.

    Your connection grade will be displayed after 30 seconds. We recommend a grade of B or better.

    If your connection passes the speed and quality requirements, you’re good to go. If not, you may encounter audio or video quality loss during your meeting.
